What to include

  • Transaction hash or draw ID, if available
  • The wallet address used for the action
  • A screenshot of the error or unclear state
  • Briefly: what you expected and what happened instead

Safety rules

Check your message before sending it.

  • Never send your seed phrase, private key, wallet password, or access codes.
  • Support cannot cancel or modify an on-chain transaction after it has been submitted.
  • Winners, payouts, and refunds are determined by smart contracts, not by manual support decisions.
  • Include ElyxS context: draw, wallet, transaction, payout, refund, or platform rule details.
