Set Up StarKey Wallet

Install StarKey Wallet, choose the active Supra network, and prepare the wallet for ticket purchases and claims.

Wallet setup

StarKey setup, network selection, and initial preparation.

Install and open the extension

Go to the official StarKey Wallet website, install the browser extension, and pin it to the browser toolbar so you can confirm ElyxS actions quickly.

Create a new wallet or import an existing one only on a device you trust. Store the recovery phrase where other people and apps cannot access it.

Switch to the Supra network

After opening the wallet, select the Supra network shown by ElyxS for the current mode. Do not sign a transaction if the wallet network and the ElyxS interface do not match.

If the wallet is connected to a different network, ticket purchases and claims will fail until you switch back to the supported network.

Prepare SUPRA

You need SUPRA on the selected network for two things:

  • ticket purchases;
  • gas fees for signing and submitting transactions.

If the balance is too low, the wallet or the platform will reject the action before it reaches a successful on-chain state.

If you are participating in the public beta or a test runtime, token and top-up rules are covered in Public Beta Testing Rules for ElyxS.

Basic wallet safety

  1. Store the recovery phrase offline and never paste it into chats or support forms.
  2. Double-check the network and transaction summary before approving a signature.
  3. Use only the official StarKey Wallet extension and ElyxS links you trust.
  4. If the wallet looks unfamiliar, cancel the action and reopen the flow from ElyxS.

Need help with this flow?

If the steps do not behave as expected, collect the basic context before you contact support.

  1. Confirm that the correct wallet and network are being used.
  2. Save the transaction hash, error code, or a screenshot of the failing step.
  3. If the flow is still blocked, send the key details to support.
