Claim Prizes and Refunds

How to collect a prize after settlement and what to do if a draw opens a refund flow instead.

Participation

Ticket purchases, prize claims, and refund flows.

When a claim becomes available

Prize claims appear only after the draw has been settled and your wallet has a valid payout assigned on-chain.

Open the rewards block in Hub or Profile -> My History to see whether the draw ended with a prize claim, no win, or a refund option.

Claim a prize

  1. Open the reward card in Hub or the matching row in Profile -> My History.
  2. Review the amount and the wallet address that will receive the payout.
  3. Confirm the claim transaction in StarKey.
  4. Wait for the transaction to finalize, then verify it in SupraScan if needed.

The payout is sent by the smart contract, not by an off-chain operator.

Claim a refund

Refunds are available only when the draw enters a refund-enabled state, such as cancellation.

If the UI shows a refund action, review the amount and sign the refund claim from the same wallet that participated in the draw.

Before you sign

  • Make sure the wallet is connected to the same address that bought the ticket.
  • Recheck the network before confirming the claim or refund.
  • If the UI shows stale data, refresh the page and wait for the latest on-chain state to load.
  • If the action fails before the transaction is sent, save the exact error message or a screenshot.
  • If the transaction was already submitted, open the ElyxS history entry and use the hash from there.

Need help with this flow?

If the steps do not behave as expected, collect the basic context before you contact support.

  1. Confirm that the correct wallet and network are being used.
  2. Save the transaction hash, error code, or a screenshot of the failing step.
  3. If the flow is still blocked, send the key details to support.
